Each department within the school is encouraged to use be involved in the production of our wine and cider. 

The 40-acre Broomham estate utilises the science department to study the life cycle and planting of the grapes. The Business Department studies the cost of production including bottling and labelling. The English Department enjoys reading among the shady vines and the Art Department is responsible for photographing, sketching and painting the vines. Media and Graphics produce the wine labels and Media assists with marketing. 

A proportion of our profits is used to raise funds for the Buckswood Foundation and our charitable endeavours in Africa.
